Designed and industrialized

All casting components are carefully designed and industrialized by our team of experts. Using cutting-edge technologies such as three-dimensional parametric software and casting simulators allow us to create components that offer the best durability performance in their use.
Our custom design has been tried and tested on a variety of materials, from aluminum, steel and cast iron, and we know how to create components that meet the specific requirements of our customers across multiple industries.
With our approach to industrialization and to casting component design, we ensure maximum efficiency, reliability and quality in every product we deliver.

Metal Prototyping

3D sand printing technology of pattern box for casting represents an important evolution in the field of metal prototyping; It allows you to create solid, precise and prototypes that can be used in real conditions.
In the past it was common to use techniques such as milling with long processing times, or the metal 3D printer, which was full of expensive tools, or polymer 3D printer, which did not allow in any way to test the product species for fields such as heating products.
Instead, this system allows you to create prototypes using digital programming data, offering developers and manufacturers rapid turnaround times and significantly lower production costs for complex and customizable prototypes.

Moulds and toolings

We always make patterns with moulds factory close to the foundry and this offers many advantages.
First of all, working close together allows for a reduction in costs and times and greater flexibility in production, since any changes can be made earlier than the production process.
This means responding more quickly to market demands.

Pre-series production

Making a pre-series of castings before starting large-scale production can bring many benefits for both the foundry and the user.
Firstly, it allows us to identify any problems that may arise and correct them before starting full-scale productionand can be used to obtain feedback from customers or potential buyers, helping us to better understand market needs and ensure that the product finished product meets market expectations. This means mass production will start with less risk and fewer surprises, which makes the whole process much more reliable. It also allows the foundry to test and optimize the casting process to ensure it is efficient and produces high quality parts.
This means that during large-scale production, there will be fewer errors and less scrap.

Pre-series validation

The validation of the pre-series of castings is a fundamental activity to guarantee the quality and correct functionality of the finished products. In this phase, our technical office tests various aspects of the castings, such as mechanical resistance, the precision of the measurements and the external appearance of the skin, but the analysis and validation by the customer’s technical office is also absolutely necessary to avoid any mistakes and proceed with peace of mind to mass production.

Mass production

Whether mass production is carried out with automatic lines or by hand, in shell or with lost wax, the goal is to guarantee high quality, repeatability of the pieces and few waste.
Thanks to technology, we control every phase of the process to optimize the result, both in the production of the molds and in the control of the material parameters during the melting, from the casting to grindings.
